Career Highlights
JONATHAN started his career in British clubland at the tender age of 16 in arguably one of the toughest circuits in the world. His talents then moved him along quickly to the holiday centre and hotel circuit working for BUTLINS, PONTINS, HAVEN and WARNER HOLIDAYS. It was there that Jonathan started to gain his reputation as one of the country's brightest up and coming talents and was soon to be picked up by television. He went on to star in "Who do you do" for London weekend television on a series dedicated to impressions using only the country's finest Impersonators.
Jonathan went from strength to strength making a name for himself in television and theatre landing lead roles in pantomimes and starring in summer season shows all over the country.
In 1997 Jonathan went to Blackpool, the so called Las Vegas of England. He was the surprise hit of the summer, and the following year he was invited back to Blackpool to star on the CENTRAL PIER theatre in the Frank Carson Show, where he received regular standing ovations and critical acclaim for his performances.
More TV was around the corner and Jonathan performed on JIM DAVISON PRESENTS for the BBC and the BIG STAGE for Channel 5, working alongside England's finest, including such names as M PEOPLE, THE SPICE GIRLS, S CLUB 7, JIM DAVIDSON, JOE PASQUALE & BRADLEY WALSH, to name a few.
Corporate and film work followed, and Jonathan got a chance to show off his acting skills landing a part in the hit movie "LITTLE VOICE" working alongside MICHAEL CAINE, EWAN MCGREGOR, JANE HORROCKS and BRENDA BLETHYN.
But America was calling and Jonathan was contacted by ROYAL CARIBBEAN INTERNATIONAL who had seen his various television performances and a deal was struck.
Jonathan went to Australia and performed for an international audience to standing ovations. Since then he has taken his talents to the four corners of the globe, earning standing ovations and plaudits working on the world's finest cruise ships for Royal Caribbean International.
Now with corporate and cruise work in abundance, Jonathan Clark is one of the most sort after acts in his field. But it's not going to stop there! Hopefully the next stop will be his dream stop: To headline in Las Vegas...
